If your boss really wants to stay in a gorgeous,
luxury hotel in Cabo San Lucas check out this link. This hotel is considered one of the finest in the area.

I prefer to stay in Cabo San Lucas, but San Jose del Cabo has a quiet charm and The Corridor is nice, but is quite a distance from downtown and many of the sights. If your boss plans to rent a car, then this will not be a problem. If he does want to stay in The Corridor, I recommend the Riu Palace.
