Where to stay in Cabo San Lucas

We are planning on going to Cabo San Lucas Mexico in March. Eight of us are renting a Cabo villa. I am not sure which area we should be in.

We want a beach with water activities like snorkeling, parasailing, and we want a pool. We would like to be close to restaurants and fishing, but still be somewhat quiet.

There are many choices like One Medano Beach Resort, and
Marina Sol, Pedregal, Cabo Village Beach Resort, Hacienda del Mar, and many more, Can you give me some suggestions for renting a Cabo San Lucas villa in a nice area, with nice beach, restaurants, etc.
