Trip to Cabo San Lucas for mid 20's group

Hi,

a group of probably 8-12 of us are looking at traveling to San Fran and then driving down to Cabo San Lucas. We are all aged 25-27, so looking to stay in a fun, happening part of Cabo where we can relax by the beach and also party at night.

I think we would like to get a nice villa and was wondering if you can recommend anything (probably spend up to $1000 each for 7 nights as our max). Where do you think would be the best location for us?

I have also herd of places which provide you with food and alcohol. Do you think these are worth it??

Also do you know of any other great places we should go on our way down from San Francisco?
