Rancho Santa Cruz is a relaxing and secluded retreat, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The Ranch has 220 meters of beachfront property, including private access and long stretches of white sand beaches perfect for sun tanning, playing bocce ball and frisbee. As you walk the short 50 meters from the house to the ocean, you 'll pass under the grand palapa canopy where two hammocks hang, ready for you to relax on and read your favorite novel or take an afternoon siesta. For surf lovers, Rancho Santa Cruz is located only 500 meters from the famous La Pastora surf break. After you've returned from the beach, relax in the jacuzzi are the large swimming pool (60 ft x 30 ft) which has beach access and a swim-up bar. But then this Todos Santos vacation rental has it all.

As you walk into the house, you are greeted by a beautiful 8 ft. tall cantera stone fountain in the entryway. From this position, as you look upward through the atrium, you 'll see a glass-tiled skylight that is fully retractable (this is awesome on warm summer nights). On the ground floor, the house has a full kitchen, living room, bathroom, fireplace, and an indoor and outdoor dining room that opens up onto the downstairs patio.

Walking up the glass-tiled, wrought-iron stairway to the second floor, you 'll find 4 bedrooms, each with its own private bath, fireplace and balcony (each have spectacular ocean views). While you're lounging in bed in the morning hours, you can see the waves breaking on the shore, and every night you 'll fall asleep to the rhythmic sound of the waves. During whale watching season, you can see whales breech as they migrate down the Pacific Ocean to the Sea of Cortez. There is also a sitting area with oversized leather chairs and a flat screen TV.

Continuing up the stairway, you 'll walk through century-old ranch doors onto the rooftop terrace. From here, you can enjoy 360 degree views of the ranch, the ocean, and the Sierra de Laguna Mountain Range. At night, you can turn on the gas fire pit, curl up in a big wooden chair with a glass of wine and watch the sun dip into the Pacific Ocean. After the sun has gone down, you'll enjoy the spectacular night sky filled with sparkling stars (it's amazing how many there are without the light of a big city).
