Timeshares for Sale Cabo - as a family who has vacationed in Cabo San Lucas for over twenty years now, we believe that there's nothing better than owning a timeshare in Cabo. Before we show you the listings of places for sale, allow us to share the benefits of owning a timeshare.

There's no maintenance. You arrive at your place and you're ready to relax and enjoy your vacation. No airing out the place, washing the sheets, dusting or cleaning. Although you won't have to do maintenance, you will have maintenance fees. For our two-bedroom timeshare, we pay about $700 per year. Although this seems expensive, it is well worth it.
When you stay in the same unit each year, you know what to expect. No surprises that could ruin a much-anticipated vacation.
Over time, you'll get to know couples and families who return year after year. Since we've been traveling to our timeshare for such a long time, our children have friends they've known since they were toddlers. Every time we go on vacation, it's like having a reunion with friends we haven't seen for a whole year. It's fun catching up and noting how fast our child are changing and growing.

The first timeshare we have listed for sale is our own. It is located in the beautiful Club Cascadas and is available now, for vacationing in November 2007. Our week is week 46 (the week before Thanksgiving) which this year falls from Thursday, November 15 to Thursday, November 22. The timeshare is yours until week 46 of 2017, so you it will be accessible during week 46 for the next ten years. Our asking price is $14,000.00 USD. I've included photos below.

Before I share the photos, I have to say that we have many happy memories in this place. The unit is well-designed and comfortable, the grounds are beautifully kept, the staff is gracious and hospitable and the view from the hot tub on the front deck of Medano Beach and The Sea of Cortez is stunning. I will miss this timeshare because it has been an integral part of our lives and of our children growing from infants into young men.

The kitchen in this beautiful timeshare has lovely touches (including the shell carved into the wall, bamboo stacked horizontally in concrete to create a unique kitchen window), stove, range, microwave, refrigerator, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, silverware etc. Best of all, the maid comes every day to wash the dishes.

The master bedroom in our Cabo San Lucas timeshare for sale. There are two identical master bedrooms in this unit. Each has a California King size bed, a large closet, a bathroom with a shower an air conditioning unit and access to the lovely balcony that overlooks the property and the swimming pool below.

This is one of the two swimming pools on the property. It is located just below the stairs to the unit, so literally, you walk down the stairs and you're at the pool. The pool has a swim-up bar where their offer drinks, sodas, water, sushi and light snacks.

The grounds of this Club Cascadas timeshare are lovely. Stone paths wind throughout the property where the sand is raked every day and the grounds are dotted with palm trees, vines and bougainvilla and exotic flora and fauna. If you've ever seen the lush beauty of the property used in the t.v. show "Fantasy Island," Club Cascadas is reminiscent of it.
