Senior Sweets Cabo San Lucas

by Kent Morring
(Manhattan, New York)

Senior Sweets Cabo San Lucas:

This was my second horrible experience at this restaurant. They may have moved locations (I heard) due to so many fines. The first time I went there, I got food poisoning, apparently from chicken that wasn't stored or cooked right. (I heard Senior Sweets was closed 3 times for health violations which is pretty bad for Mexico standards.

The second time, the cashier held on to my credit card a little too long. I believe that my credit card info was copied and sold to locals because the next afternoon, over $1500.00 had been charged to it! I was told that the owners of the restaurant were involved.

Why is this place still open? They only attract tourists who haven't heard about them. Ask any local about Senior Sweets and they will tell you not to go there. Spread the word!
