Royal Solaris Cabo - A Review of the Resort

Royal Solaris Cabo ...

When you first arrive at the Royal Solaris Cabo, (which is tucked away in San Jose del Cabo) the sun seems brighter, the skies bluer, and the air fresher and crisper than what you might be used to. Combine this with the incredible beauty of the resort and you have a prescription for relaxation. The buildings seem to rise from the sands to the clouds and the architecture is refreshingly Spanish in style. Palms sway gently in the breeze and you can feel the energy of the ocean. Royal Solaris Los Cabos There is no feeling of rushing about and the entire atmosphere is effortless fun and casual living, which is perfect for vacations to get away from the chaos of daily life. My husband and I have stayed at this resort twice and have had great experiences on both trips. There are some folks around that will try to persuade you to join a time share rental presentation, but they do not come across in a high pressure way and all you have to do is give them a friendly, but firm: “No, thank you.”

When you walk inside the lobby of the Royal Solaris Cabo, I am sure that you will be as impressed and pleased as I was. The entire establishment is kept meticulously neat and clean. The front desk personnel are always polite and kind and they are quick to lend a hand if you need help. On one trip, the air conditioning stopped working in our room and we were immediately moved to another room even though they called their maintenance people to fix the problem. In our estimation, that was responsive customer service at its best.

Rooms at the Royal Solaris Cabo

The rooms are clean and attractive, the beds were firm but comfy, and the view of the ocean was incredible. You can sit out on your balcony in the evening and enjoy your drinks with a starlit canopy and the waves as background music. All of the rooms have satellite television, ceiling fans, AC, balconies, and private baths with showers. You even have a small iron and ironing board in your room for any touch ups that you need to do to your clothing.

Amenities

There is a breakfast buffet available every day and you can even have room service if you prefer. Lunch and dinner meals can be found at the Marco Polo or the Rosmarinus. The Café Solaris is open for breakfast and dinner only. There is a snack bar where guests can always grab quick food on the run and the lobby has a teatime with drinks and cake from 5-6 pm. An absolute do not miss event is the Tehuacan Dinner Theatre. This is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy dance, music and singing by some very talented performers. The food at this event is okay, but the parties and entertainment is really great.

Royal Solaris Los Cabos Activities

Royal Solaris Cabo Kid Pool

There are some fun activities for each and every single member of your family. Swimming in the ocean here is not an option because the surf is too rough and dangerous, but there are plenty of pools that will give you ample time in the water. You can even take an introductory scuba lesson in pool.

Tennis is available and the courts are well lit so you can play at night. Adult guests are also able to enjoy the fitness center and the spa. For the little ones there are wading pools, a mini-water park, a supervised kids’ club with daily activities and even a junior kids’ club for ages 11-17. The older kids enjoy their own structured activities, including the ever-popular video games and arcade.

The Royal Solaris Cabo is an all inclusive resort

This is an all-inclusive resort where you can enjoy scuba diving, parasailing, or dozens of other activities all located on site or just a short distance away. You can even take advantage of some special rates for the winter months if you book your stay now at the Royal Solaris Los Cabos.
