My Girlfriend and I Need a Fun Vacation

We are looking for a fun vacation, a place to relax during the day, maybe have some drinks and lay out on the beach, but want to also be able to hit up a few fun spots (bars etc) at night. all inclusive would be preferable, but also not around a bunch of children. Any suggestions?
