Mouthwatering Mexican Recipes from Cabo San Lucas

Some of my favorite mexican recipes I learned to cook while I was vacationing in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. My husband and I would go out to eat a traditional Mexican restaurant and enjoy the food so much that I would ask for the recipe or scour the internet and various recipe books until I found something that was similar to what we'd eaten and then experiment with it, until I was able to make it taste like what we'd had. While you can't always find all the different chiles in the United States, you can make substitutions.

Over the decades, some of our favorite mexican recipes have included a tortilla soup recipe, chiles en nogada, chile colorado, chile rellenos, fish tacos with cream of cilantro and more. Please be patient as I add new recipes to my site, since this is first a site on traveling to Los Cabos.
