Although some people hold negative views of Mexico, this is a safe place to vacation. I have traveled to Cabo San Lucus for over twenty years and have always felt secure. I've traveled their pregnant and when my baby has been only two months old. Cabo has a hospital, emergency medical center and most hotel/resorts have doctors on call.
