There's nothing like spending your vacation in a Cabo San Lucas timeshare. I know—my family and I have been spending our vacation in the same place for over twenty years. Every year, like clockwork, we arrive and heave a big sigh of relief because it feels like we've come home—the place we associate most with fun and togetherness—our happy, stress-free zone.

Information for Cabo San Lucas Timeshare / Condo Rental Unit Owners

To list your unit for rent, there is a one-time listing of fee of $50, plus a $50 commission each time your unit is rented out. We accept Paypal only. Pay first, then you will be taken back to this page where you can fill in the information in the form below describing your rental. Once the form has been submitted, you will be taken to a Thank You page that will give you the email address to send us up to two photos. On this page, you will also find our Paypal address, which you will need to keep in a safe place, so you can pay us the finder's fee when you receive referrals from this site that turn into rentals.

Next, we will create a page for you on our site based on the listing you submitted. We will create a form that interested parties can use to contact you. When a lead turns into a rental, you must pay us a fee of $50 via Paypal. Although we use the honor system, we get a copy of every lead we send to you and do follow up with those interested in Cabo San Lucas timeshare rentals and condo rentals, so please make a point to pay us, otherwise, we will have to remove your listing permanently.

Once your Cabo San Lucas timeshare / condo rental listing has been approved, we will send you the web address. You may promote this web address on Craig's list, via email or anyway you like, as long as you do not spam people.

When filling out the form below be sure to double check your contact information because we need to be able to get a hold of you if we have any questions and you fail to provide the proper email address, we cannot inform you once your listing has been posted to our site.

Please keep the web address for your listing, so you can send it to friends and acquaintances. When you make your payment for the listing be sure to type its name (either address or the name of the timeshare/resort) in the box below, so we can easily match it up with your Paypal payment.

Web visitors who are interested in staying at your place will submit an email form to indicate their interest, so you can contact them. If this visitor rents your timeshare, you pay us a commission of $50 per reservation. You only pay if the web visitor books a stay. To keep things honest, when a web visitor submits a form, we both receive the prospect's contact details. We do follow up with all our web visitors, so any property owner who does not pay for leads that turn into rentals will have their listing promptly and permanently removed.
